Screw Conveyors are well suitable for use with a wide variety of materials in horizontal and inclined applications. We offer a full selection of CEMA standard sizes from 6" to 24" in diameter. We can fabricate in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel (304, 304-L, 309, 310, 316, 316-L, and 317-L), Abrasion Resistant (A-R) steel, Corten, T-1, Inconel, Monel and just about anything else.

Screw Feeders: similar to screw conveyors, except they are designed to be Flood loaded. They are used typically installed under a hopper or some other form of static storage and are used to regulate the amount of materials that is withdrawn. We offer single screw, twin screw, live bottom and inclined screw feeders in sizes from as small as 2" diameter up to whatever, and in the same materials as screw conveyors.

Replacement Screws and fights are available in Helicoid style from 2" thru 18" diameter, or Sectional style from 3" to over 100" diameter. Sectional can be furnished in just about any material and up to 1" thick (depending on size). Sectional screws may be mounted on any size pipe, whereas, Helicoid style screws are generally limited to CEMA standard pipe sizes.
